friendly staff consistent cleaning convenient accessibility
The staff was very friendly and helpful . cleaning services were consistent and thorough each day. the proximity to the skytree train station offered excellent accessibility to many areas. It made getting around quite convenient.

serene nights near the skytree
amazing staff ideal location free bread
The staff was so amazing and helped me a lot. I forgot something in my previous lodging, and they were really good to ensure i got it back! the location is ideal for evenings when you are a bit tired from all the visiting and want to unwind in a quieter, yet well-serviced area. i really appreciated the little bread buffet available for free in the morning.
I found the bed very uncomfortable, quite hard. And i could not sleep well in it! the room was quite small, though perhaps to be expected in the city. I wished there was a better sleeping situation.

The room included useful small cabinets and a lovely rooftop terrace with skytree tower views. Everything was clean and well-kept. The shower pressure was also really good, especially after a long day exploring.

The location offered close proximity to public transportation, a laundromat, the skytree, and convenience stores. Everything was easily accessible. The surrounding area was relatively quiet offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing, while being central.

Complimentary drinks and bread were available with morning pastries. The team constantly monitored and restocked the food. A selection of breads was always available, along with options such as wine and sake for purchase.

The communal area provided a space to meet people. It was constantly monitored and kept impeccably clean! there was a roof terrace with amazing view in the sky tower, a great opportunity.

loose tiles tiny room
the staff are friendly. the location is close to the train station.
The room was tiny. I do not think it suit couples with luggage. the bathroom floor had loose tiles, i think that is a safety hazard. i was not happy about it.
