The staff was so amazing and helped me a lot. I forgot something in my previous lodging, and they were really good to ensure i got it back! the location is ideal for evenings when you are a bit tired from all the visiting and want to unwind in a quieter, yet well-serviced area. i really appreciated the little bread buffet available for free in the morning.

I found the bed very uncomfortable, quite hard. And i could not sleep well in it! the room was quite small, though perhaps to be expected in the city. I wished there was a better sleeping situation.

The room included useful small cabinets and a lovely rooftop terrace with skytree tower views. Everything was clean and well-kept. The shower pressure was also really good, especially after a long day exploring.

The location offered close proximity to public transportation, a laundromat, the skytree, and convenience stores. Everything was easily accessible. The surrounding area was relatively quiet offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing, while being central.

the staff are friendly. the location is close to the train station.

The room was tiny. I do not think it suit couples with luggage. the bathroom floor had loose tiles, i think that is a safety hazard. i was not happy about it.
